Sounds familiar...I waited about two months actually...got the acknowledgement first then about two months later a letter from the Head of Cust Services apolgising for service lapses related to inflight and limo services. FWIW the so-called special services at LHR were hopeless in resolving matters so I wrote to James Hogan's office (now ex-CEO). Resluted in letter of apology and 5,000 miles into my GF FFP acct - but I had to chase those in too
