No surprise here either. Good luck getting anything but a runaround. US law is firmly on the side of the TSA and the airline and US consumer protections are a total joke. Chalk it up to experience for now. The next time some politician comes out claiming that businesses need even more protections from consumers, you might want to consider voting for the other guy.
