There does seem to be something rather odd happening today. The inbounds for (I assume) 27R were taking a line about half a mile or so further north over central London than I would normally expect to see them. One BA 744 then made a right turn rather than left, as I would have expected if he was going to join the LLZ for 27R. But then I see that current LHR winds are 160 varying between 130 and 190, so maybe they're not using the 27s at all?
