Just had my flight yesterday, I went to the int'l terminal with no problem, also be able to use the SQ lounge , but I went to the duty free shop, they said they wouldn't deliver the stuff even there is plenty of time (2 hours), don't understand why there is not even a small booth in T3. I heard that there is duty free for the AC flights in T1.
