Flying out, we had 62H/K and returning 54H/K. Obviously if you can get an open seat next to you, then that makes a huge difference. I did prefer row 54 over row 62 only because the galley is in the proximity of row 62; on an overnight flight, the light from the galley (even when the curtain is closed) can be slightly annoying if trying to sleep. Of course the amenity kits did include eyeshades for sleeping.

The AVOD worked fine both directions. I did however, have to ask the flight attendant (in both directions) to reset my row as on the outbound, my seat did not work whereas the other two seats did, and then the return, the row didn't work. But after a simple reset for 1 minute, all was great for the remaining 10+ hours they activated the AVOD.

FYI...outbound had approx 60 open seats and the return had 122 open seats.
