The only thing I can think of is that those codes are for Reward certificates for Hilton HHonors. A C101 cert is a certificate for 1 night at a Category 1 HHonors property. A C303 cert is thus for 3 nights at a Category 3 property.

If this answers the OPs question, then perhaps having this thread moved to Hilton HHonors forum would be best.

If I am incorrect, then I am stumped.
