Since I haven't used Expedia forever, I wonder if someone may help me out here. I want to sponsor an upgrade for a friend who booked a trip on Expedia. In the confirmation e-mail he received, however, he seems to have an Expedia.com itinerary number and an Expedia.com booking ID, which united.com didn't recognize. (His trip involves a leg on Alaska, FWIW.) So how can he retrieve the UA record locator for his UA segments? Call Expedia to ask?
