Thumbs up insert with key

Just checked into a Fairfield Inn in Denver - in with the key card was an insert that said "This is a smoke free hotel. A $250 recovery fee will be charged for smoking in your room." Despite this, the front desk clerk said that they have already charged about a person a day for this.

It also appears that I have a brand new room. Looks like new carpet, paint, etc. No sign/scent of smoke anywhere. ^ ^
