I'm going to disagree with you here, although without hard numbers from the airline all we have are our own individual impressions. I don't know how often you checked bags into SEA before Menzies, but based on my experiences and the experiences of friends/family/co-workers there was a definite increase in wait times at SEA after Menzies took over. Lately I hear some good reports (20 minutes or so) but also some really bad ones (an hour.)
If someone has access to historical baggage delivery times at SEA over the last several years it would help give us an objective look. (Of course as a math person I'd want to see not only average wait times but standard deviation as well. Better yet, I'd like to see a distribution of wait times. Yup, I'm a bit of a nerd.)
