Good customer service story aside: after having some trouble w/ LH getting F(!) miles credited to my account, the called me the 20th - very friendly - that they just had put the miles on my account.
Yes it is right that all miles on my account are kept under a uniquie membership number different from M/M, FTL, SEN and so on - learned it the hard way, because the call center agent some time ago (when switching from M/M to FTL) did _not_ know this fact :-(
