Strflyer, welcome to your first post and congratulations on your status. I don't know about the "true" Senator card within Germany, but I received the Senator branded credit card at the billing address about two weeks after the threshold miles posted to my account (my SEN card was sent to my US address), I guess the SEN card takes about the same time. Was Nov 21 the date of the flight that put you "over the edge" or did the miles post on that date?
Even if you give your FTL number for flight credit in the meantime, all miles on your account are kept under your membership number, which is different from SEN/SEN CC/FTL/FTL CC or basic M&M number. Your online statement should show the proper contact information for the SEN hotline, once the miles have posted.
Enjoy
