I misconnected in ORD 2 weeks ago due to bad weather at ORD (or at least that's what they told us on the plane when we were stuck on the tarmac at BDL for 2.5 hours) and was given a hotel and meal vouchers by the matron at the RCC.

The gentlemen on either side of me were given the pink slip with the phone number, although one matron was trying to feed the proper language to the guy on my left...she said "Are you sure it wasn't a Mechanical???" He didn't get the hint.
