The fare notes for LH award tickets state that there is no refund/recredit against the M&M account in case of cancellation or no-show. I don't know if they bend the rules for non-SEN customers (I'm sure there is a way for SEN to do it)... I think I have to go for that... Mizu, can I use your SFO address ?
