I did have a thought... are the handlers required or just their to assist?

My father seems to be pretty apt at getting her up and transferring her from seat to wheelchair and vice versa. Due to her condition the process of transfering is painful for her, so for him being able to do it himself is ideal.

As for plane info I guess I was just thinkign in terms of which ones make for the most room to get into the seats. I've noticed some bulkhead seats have more manuverable space, while other bulkheads look even more jammed than normal seats.

I think the recline of business/first class seats is pretty key as she can get discomfort from sitting upright for long periods of time. Usually recling a bit helps alleviate the discomfort.
