Was in Vegas last week and my usual stay is at the MGM Skylofts 2bedroom suite(upgraded) but decided to take a detour and called up the Wynn and asked if they had any rooms beyond the Salon suite advertised on the website. They also have about 30ish rooms not advertised called "Fairway Villas". The price was around $800/night for a 1bedroom and 1300ish for a 2bedroom. I decided to try it since I know the Wynn is a better hotel in regarding to common areas. I must say, the Villas are quite impressive. For those who haven't seem them, here is a link I found online:

In a nutshell, its pretty much a salon suite with about 500sqft bigger. (total 2500sqft). It is quite a walk to get there, near the conference rooms. There are only 3 floors with about 5 rooms on each. We were on the second floor and noticed on the Terrence the first floor units have private pools. Overall, its a great suite. Between the skylofts and the fairway villas at the Wynn, its a win-win. though I was hopping it was those villas near the tower suite entrance, those I suppose are for invited guest only.

If your in Vegas and looking for a really nice stay, forget the Bellagio Penthouse or the Venation penthouse suites which are around the same price you can get a much better room/service at the Wynn fairway villas or the skylofts.
