Or maybe they just leave the business award bucket still there - like in the Blue1 domestic segments.
I have a Business/First award flight coming up this Christmas to Asia, booked with BD miles, and the domestic segments from KUO to HEL are booked in I-class (they actually also sell revenue Business tickets on the domestic flights in C & D class as well).
