When booking hotels in JKT, you will often save big bucks by booking at the airport booths (Kaha is where I usually book). You could also contact a local travel agent to book for you. I've save 40-60% compared to booking with the hotel directly.

I know someone who regularly gets the Mulia for $60-$70, but I think that's a corp rate.
