So is the page I depended on simply dated and therefore no protection?
Uhh, I hate to say this - but the page you linked says in the upper left corner that it was last updated 8/17/06, which is a week after the complete liquid ban and more than a month prior to the late September "refinements" to the ban. Sorry 'bout that.
