I received this form letter from Senator Cornyn today. I can assure you that the comments in my letter were not addressed -- as evidenced by the referral to the TSA site:
Senator Hutchison responded today by postal mail. Her letter begins, "Thank you for contacting me regarding a "Known Traveler" program for aviation."
The letter continues to say that the TSA has improved security, but also inefficiency. She says she strongly supports a Known Traveler program.
Shame this isn't what I wrote about.
