I have one problem: I don't want to run my PC on-line when I am away for some time..unless I have a dedicated system with no other data on it.
Those Woot camera's are "ok", they lack the Pan/Tilt/Zoom option and don't have any kind of decent remote viewing, you need to open a port on your router for that camera and it would be the only one you can view. This AT&T kit also stores images for you to view later.
