NO still or video pictures are allowed would be the official response at any casino property. That being said, you can probably get away with a quick snapshot or two, if you are NOT particularly obvious about it, of course YMMV.

I've snapped some shots from a camera phone of jackpots on video poker machines; and that has never been an issue, but I know that it is officially NOT allowed.
