I was able to only get a free future night voucher at the Denver DT. Manager was very accommodating; explained NetDirect is a service contracted by Hilton and there is not much control. Each property has to deal with NetDirect themselves and each property deals with a customer problem in their own way...if they choose. So, no refund technically, but got a free night later.
