I've lived in NY, and I can't recall ever having a steel cage in my taxi. A plastic divider, yes, in NYC always, elsewhere in the US not so much, but a steel cage, no.

So my list goes as follows, and these are just the countries I can spout off from the top of my head.

US, Mexico, Canada, England, France, Italy, South Africa, Egypt, Tanzania, Nigeria, Brazil, Netherlands, Spain, India, Pakistan, Nepal, China, Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zeland and many more. Basically every single country I have been to, and I can't even remember all of them.
