I was waiting at LAX to return our car when a lady cuts in front of us.

Apparently she was a PLAT member.

She was very upset and yelling at the return employees. She kept saying "YOU PEOPLE always give me different cars...nobody explained how the shifter works... ". Apparently she didn't understand the concept of the manumatic transmission and was driving around in 1st gear in a new Camry. Couldn't understand why the car wouldn't go faster than 25 mph.

She must not drive much or drive an old crappy car without a manumatic. I would also think a PLAT member would get something better than a Camry.

The return agent had to call over a manager. When they were done with her, she came over to us and apologized. I made some nasty comments about her to the return agent and I'm sure she heard us.
