It's technically accurate with no traffic, but I would double that, due to street traffic around Chavez Ravine and parking backups.

Sure, but give yourself an extra half hour each way to deal with the offsite rental car facilities and gasoline.

That is an unanswerable question. Truly depends on the start time of the game, and when you leave. If it is a close game and you leave in the 8th inning, you can exit the lot in five minutes once you find your car. Be careful though, there are a number of different ways out of the lot, and if you do not find the "110" exit, you will be in trouble.
