I cannot recommend the lifeboats for whoopee. I would suggest you use your cabin for that too.

Hopefully, you'll be gazing so deeply into each others' eyes that you'll fail to notice that the ship is crawling with children (ok, actually they'll be running). If this was my honeymoon, I'd delay it until the late fall. The ship and ports will be less crowded with families, the price will be lower (not your dime, but think of the guy writing the check) and depending on where you normally live, the weather will be a welcome improvement.

What's the itinerary for the Princess option? I ask because I have always enjoyed the RCCL private island and think you will too.

No matter what you select, I can't imagine that you won't enjoy it. So don't agonize over the decision, it will be ok.
