Smart of you to call the elite telephone line rather than waiting for the CSR. I have done this many times and have always gotten what I needed.

BTW - I flew in and out of ABE a couple of weeks ago. Very nice modern little airport - looks like it has had a fairly recent face-lift. Must be VERY convenient to getting in- and out-of (provided you don't mind RJs). Dollar Rent-A-Car only had three spaces in the lot - cute.
