I would understand holding seats till the end for full fare F but this seems unfair!!

As always Delta says they are in business to make money. I can agree with this statement. But if we play by there rules cant we expect them for be somewhat fair? If I pay coach why should I get F before a F award waitlisted? In fact this means many people on the flight may be entitled to F before me as a rev ticket in this case.

What do others objectively feel? How would you feel if it was you? Is this more common than we all know?
First, are you talking about an award on Delta? Delta does not have international First Class service. Delta only offers International Business Class or BusinessElite service.
Second, I've never heard of a QUP fare for an international itinerary. The least-expensive international Business Class or BusinessElite fares are I fares which require a 50 day advance purchase.
Finally, if you are ticketed in a particular class, you are treated pretty much the same way as a revenue passenger. It is possible that during an oversold situation, you may be IDB or involuntarily downgraded, but I've never heard of it.
Please provide more details.
