Clarification sought....

I live with a lawyer, and am weary of double negatives!

Does this phrase, in so many of the promotions, mean "combinable with combinable offers?"

I have been searching for recnt offers that simply say "noncombinable," but I can't find any.

The reason I ask is this... I am wanting to fly: ORD-NRT-HKG and back. There is a US-HKG promotion as well as an ORD-NRT promotion. I qualify for both. Can I receive the bonus for both?
