There are two Terraces at T4: one near Gate 1 and another at Gate 10. Discreet signs will point the way. There is an MB Spaaaahhhh at Gate 10, but am not sure about the Gate 1 Terraces.

Oops, forgot about the Chef's Theatre at the T1 Terraces. The spicy noodles with veg are quite scrummy.
