There are two in Terminal 4.

Lounge Pavilion:
Turn left as you come out of the Flight Connections Centre into T4. Head down towards Gate 10 and just past HMV (on your left) you'll see the entrance to the lounge complex on the right hand side. The Molton Brown Spa is downstairs, whilst the Terraces lounge is on the top floor. The lounge here is small and is usually very busy.

Gate 1 Terraces:
Turn right after coming up from the FCC. As the shops peter out you'll usually see an expensive car in the middle of the concourse by Gate 1a and 1c. The BA Lounge entrance is between the aforementioned gates. It is on two floors, with the Chef's Theatre upstairs and downstairs a number of computers.

I prefer the latter and often head here if the First Lounge is busy. Nicer than Terraces in the Lounge Pavilion and better chance of finding a quiet spot.

Also for you reference I found a couple of trip reports on Airliners.net from Club World trips on BA292/293 by Flyertalk regular, fgbdavidson:
