Both AY and CX (relatively) ex BKK are cheap in J. ANA is an interesting option for those seeking maximum *A mileage. GF have some spectacular fares at c.80k Bht in F. Even TG offer attractive fares in J on the less popular of the 2 TG flights. BA offers quite poor value from BKK IMHO although W is competitively priced.
