There is no reason why you shouldn't be able to receive reimbursement (as long as the additional expenses are directly related to the delay, and are under 4150 XDR/~3200 GBP).

Just be sure to send your claim in writing to the regular BA Cust Rel address within 7 days of the flight date: http://www.britishairways.com/travel...out_Country=GB
