Op-Ups on KLM
Sorry for probably bringing up an annoying question, but I couldn't find any info....
So how does KLM do op-ups? I'm doing SFO-AMS-EBB and JRO-AMS-LAX.
Does asking or doing mileage upgrades at check-in possible?
Also how does the elite line work at the transfer desks at AMS? Everytime I try, I seem to be looked upon as a freak....which may be true...but
