Just the ones that look like they will not fit. Do yourself a favor and check it in ahead of time. If you do have a second bag, you will be directed to clear immigration and head back to the checkin counters. The typical looooooooong queues at immigration and then at checkin are a strong deterant for most considering trying to sneak through with a second bag. Good luck ... bring a book for the queues.
