I wonder how many of the Park Avenue staffers have actually been in a 777 and know the difference between the coffins and suites (much less remember and warn folks who think they might be getting suites.) Not a challenge to any post here, but I really wonder how many AA staffers differentiate the product as much as we do.

Fortunately, at some point in the not-so-distant future, they won't have to , since the 777s are going all-suites. 'Til then, it's a small gamble with dispatch as to whjch config we will get.
