I've never been unfortunatae enough to be in a plane crash. However, I had 2 emergency landings as a CC member. Watch the demo, know where your nearest exit is. ( I still count the seat backs to my nearest exit and check out a secondary)

When I had to brief the pax for an emergency landing. It really pissed me off that most of them had no clue about the brace position, nearest exit etc. They were too busy reading their papers etc. It really wasted the 10 mins we had till landing.

We landed safely. But, we had a "controlled evac" thro' the doors. Nearly all of the pax spent ages gettin their bags etc. ERRRR......I'm the last one out. Get off of the bloody plane!!!!
