The deal is that AA has sold you a ticket to get you from LHR to ORD in F. Any equipment listed is "scheduled"... no where does it say "set in stone." Much less on a given configuration... would you be upset if the aircraft you ended up with has one less closet than what was scheduled?
Plus... what exactly did you expect Park Avenue do for you... call up HQ and ask the suites be put back on the schedule for the day?
