On AA#67 today, LHR to ORD, they changed the plane from FC Suites to 2/2/2 configuration, without basically giving a you-know-what at Park Avenue. This is getting really annoying, especially when we try to arrange flights according the equipment they are using! And then didn't get the window seat. What's the deal?
