Take the AY flights to HEL. You earn 125% miles if booked using the AY code, but 150% miles if booked using the BA code, ie. just as if booking a BA flight.

Redemptions are always booked under the operating carrier's flight code. I assume the redemptions will be network-wide but they don't really seem to offer anything much more intersting than a different way of getting to China if BA/CX/AY/JL are full.
