Priority tags don't really work when flying within the US. NRSA and non-rev's bags came out first probably because they were the one of the last ones to be loaded.
I wasn't originating w/in the US. I was originating at LHR. I assumed they came off first due to being loaded last but was curious if this is how it's officially done, because i've always noticed NRSA bags on DL and NW coming out way after priority bags.
