Thanks for the replies to date..

The AF option from MIA isn't really worth it since there is only J on that flight... Might as well take the NCW from NAS on BA. Same for AA from MIA to PAR.

The T3 vs T4 point is also very good....

Keep the good ideas coming folks... I'll report back on my final choice soon
