Points.com might be worth looking at (there is an affiliate link there, so you can always just type go directly instead to avoid the link) right now only works with:

AAdvantage - American Airlines
Aeroplan - Air Canada
FlightFund - America West Airlines
Frequent Flyer - Midwest Express Airlines
Mileage Plan - Alaska Airlines

You can shift between each of them.

They are supposed to add more partners, but who knows??
