this is inhumane.. which airline was it?

to run the airconditioning, they have to hav ethe engine running
and it costs money. Sometimes some airlines choose not to let the engine
idle... but along with the temperature.. the air wouldnt flow either.. this
is not healthy by any standard. You should raise the voice and complain...

getting the media attention works very well.
