Have you checked the UK version of Amex's Membership Rewards program? The Canadian and US ones now have AC/AE as an airline partner into which charge card-earned points can be converted. This would appear to be your only option as it is not cost-effective for any credit card issuer in the UK to bother with the miniscule number of AE members there'd be in your country.
