AC has NO lie flat seats at present.
On 2 aircraft, used for YYZ-HKG and return, they have angled flat seats,
which are straight, but angled at about 165 degress, causing you to slide to the bottom when in resting position.

Refurbished seats are supposedly on the way, ready for spring 2006 ,( I know it
is now Oct). Maybe they meant southern hemisphere spring.
