Row 26 in C on 747...why a good seat again?

I have flown in seat 26C 4x (when I dont get upstairs) and am now convinced this seat stinks. There is additional leg room (not a huge plus) but it does not make up for the major problem as I see it...

The section immediately behind you is regular economy (not E+) and the bulkhead seats are almost always occupied with people travelling with babies (the row 46 bulkhead in E is also an exit row so babies can not be in that row and the row 50 bulkhead is only 4 seats). When you recline your seat you are essentially on their lap. This becomes problematic on a long haul flight.

Anyone have thoughts as to why this seat is good?
