On Friday, I reserved tickets on Taca/Lacsa from IAD to Costa Rica for a trip next week. Tuesday, I faxed LP the ticketing request with copies of my driver's licence and credit card for the expedite fee and taxes. The next day (yesterday) they ticketed it and Fedexed it. It arrived at my office this morning. Quick and easy!
