The expidite fees I paid in February (before they restructured them) applied to my entire request, not each ticket.
The credit card new is great. I guess the best procedure for requesting tickets would now be to fax a request that includes the credit card info, or follow the fax request with a phone call with the credit card info. This should also make it easier to a credit if the tickets don't pan out.
Did they say which credit cards they accept?
