The Miami routing gets me to Paris faster, which is a perk and the 6'6" bed in First also sounds good (I'm 6 foot 5 inches if that helps you guide my choice)
You might not fit in the F bed that well dispite it's length. Unfortunately the BA F seat tends to curve in substantially around the feet so be aware of that before making a decision.
